Uriage Hyseac 3-Regul Review

As of late in my bathroom cabinet you can find plenty Uriage skincare products. I think we can all agree that when we find that a good product from a certain skincare line, we are immediately drawn to trying everything to try to banish our skin concernes for good. 

In the past three months my acne has been all over the place. All of a sudden my skin texture was so gritty, it seemed as though all the pores simultaneously clogged and made a mess. All of my treatments that usually worked this time were lackluster and could not beat the inflammation. In urgent need of a new miracle product, and having success with Uriage Hyseac line. I tried the famous blemish fighting Uriage 3-Regul cream. 

By the claims, Uriage 3-Regul is a cream/emulsion, an all-in-one product that promotes the elimination of spots, blackheads, shine, leaving the skin clear, smooth and mattified. Uriage 3-Regul relies on key ingredients: Uriage calming thermal water, AHAs and BHAs and liquorice (which limits excess sebum).

The cream is easy to spread out and lightweight. Considering there are AHAs and BHAs in the formula, there can be some stinging, especially if you have are any active breakouts, but nothing non bareable. It helped me tremendously with healing acne, whether it is cystic acne or tiny inflammations, the breakouts matured and 'left' my skin much sooner than usual. Also, scars did fade quicker and my skin texture was smoother.

Overall, my skin was mattified without feeling dehydrated. The difference on blemishes even overnight was astounding, However, it must be said that continuous use of 3-Regul can cause some surface dryness on imprefections, due to active ingredients in the formula, but to me it was normal, considering all acne treatments need to 'dry out' the blemish. Nothing that cannot be fixed with your beloved everyday moisturizer, or taking a day or two off not using it.

As for its behaviour under makeup, it definetly prolonged the wear of my foundation. Nothing in the formula irritated my skin, but there is to note that there is fragrance that is typical of Uriage skincare products. It mixes well with other skincare products and I believe that the Uriage 3-Regul will be a staple in my bathroom cabinet for a good while.

The Uriage 3-Regul cream is available at pharmacies and online retailers. It is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and oil-free. The price is around 20€ and you get 40ml/1.35fl.oz.
